A specially invited audience at Hill Dickinson were wowed last Wednesday evening when Abi spoke at a “42 under 42” event at the offices in Liverpool.

Armed with the title “All I want for Christmas…” Abi talked about the vital role communication plays in business and how, if done effectively, live events can be one of the most effective ways of communicating.

The speech, which included an exercise demonstrating how we make assumptions on what people want before asking them, supported Rapport key message, that by building strong relationships and really listening to what a client wants out of an event, objectives can always be met.
