An article written by editor Paul Colston in Conference News this month mirrored our thoughts regarding the banks still throwing “parties” for their staff after being nationalised.
Many of the decadent details of these events have been exaggerated in the media and they were planned long before banks had to use money from the government to stay afloat.
The staff who are being picked out, would not cash in on the misfortune of their customers, it seems they are being mistaken for the faceless big “city” bankers, something they certainly are not!
