Imagine a city with fewer cars... well tomorrow (22 Sept) take to the streets of Manchester and rediscover your city! Each year Manchester takes part in the international ‘In Town, Without My Car!’ Day celebrations. A road is closed and the space given over to a range of fun activities and exhibition stalls which highlight the health and environmental benefits to be gained from using travel alternatives to the car.
