11 Sep 2009 The High Growth Programme from the NWDA

Rapport are delighted to have been accepted onto the NWDA's High Growth Programme. The programme supports entrepreneurs with ambition in the NorthWest and is a twelve month business coaching initiative aimed at ‘high growth’ businesses and entrepreneurs. The overall aim of the initiative is to generate 2,000 jobs and provide a £250m boost to the region’s economy within three years.

The high growth programme provides SMEs access to the skills and expertise vital to setting up and building a sustainable business. The programme will provide specialist assistance in areas scanning the spectrum from finance, through to sales, marketing, IP, NED (Non Executive Directors) appointment and talent management.

As we approach our third year of business we realise the importance of planning for growth and maintaining a clear sense of direction and motivation. The coaching and mentoring from this programme will help us, it will be like having a non-executive director onboard.
