7 Aug 2009 Summer Away Day

Yesterday was the long anticipated 'Rapport Summer Away Day' held here in Manchester. The objective of the day was to collectively agree on a vision for Rapport, what we want to be remembered for, what motivates us all to get out of bed, what drives us to succeed. Following an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable day I'm pleased to say we now have an inspiring vision; one which we co-created and importantly agreed the values and the mindset required to achieve it.

Our vision is 'To be the MOST admired in everything we do'.

Yesterday once again reinforced what a talented and imaginative team we have here at Rapport. What was especially pleasing was the fact we all have quality and fulfillment as chief motivators in everything we do.

If you haven't already got a clear vision then we encourage you to devise one.
